 The big news from yesterday regarding Amazon Video On Demand was the launch of HD movies and TV show support. I actually just ordered a Roku player to be able to watch my Netflix content and see that the Roku will also support this new HD quality content so I am all set on my home TV now.
People have been able to watch video content on various mobile devices for years, but it usually requires you to rip a DVD and then convert it into a format for that specific device.
